  • As Team Lead Demand and Supply Planning (m/f/d) you are responsible for the disciplinary and personnel management of the supply and demand planning teams.
  • You provide guidance, coaching, and support to your team members, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • You establish significant KPIs and metrics to measure the performance of the supply and demand planning processes.
  • You regularly analyse data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Together with your team you manage inquiries and orders from key stakeholders including our internal teams, production and suppliers.
  • You are responsible for the S&OP Cycle Management, lead the development and execution of the S&OP process, ensuring we have the most accurate forecast possible and highlighting any upcoming risks.
  • You are in charge of the demand forecasting and to enable your team to create accurate demand forecasts for products based on historical sales data, promotional activities, and other relevant factors.
  • You collaborate with our sales, marketing, and finance team to gather insights and validate forecasts.
  • You successfully manage, build and maintain a strong relationship with key stakeholders such as suppliers, sales channels, finance, production and marketing to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across all departments.
  • You oversee inventory levels to balance product availability with cash flow objectives, implement strategies to avoid excess inventory and stockouts.
  • You work closely with suppliers and production to ensure timely and accurate delivery of purchase and assembly orders to avoid supply chain disruptions to serve our customers.

Your strengths and qualifications:

  • You have a proven track of 5+ years experience in supply chain management, with a focus on demand planning or S&OP management – preferrably in FMCG.
  • You have sound experience in motivating, leading, developing and managing teams.
  • You show a strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management and demand forecasting techniques.
  • You are very well known for your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • You can convince with your proficiency in using supply chain planning tools and software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Demand Planning Systems).
  • You have experience with data analysis, forecasting methodologies, and performance metrics.
  • You are very well known for your clear and effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and your ability to successfully negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You are a strategic thinker with decisiveness, comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, able to adapt easily to changing business needs, prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken – any other language is a plus.

The minimum salary for this full-time position is EUR 60.000 gross per year.
