Get an insight!Your responsibilitiesAs Team Assistant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for up to six professors and their international research groups, providing support across all administrative and organizational matters. Your responsibilities will include:

• Efficient Office Management: Overseeing daily office operations and managing orders

• Travel management: Handling travel arrangements and processing travel reimbursement
• Guest Liaison: Acting as the main point for visiting guests, including organization of these visits (e.g., travel preparations, coordination of appointments)

• Meeting & Workshop Coordination: Organizing, preparing, and following up on meetings, workshops, and other internal events
• Collaborative Interface: Serving as a link between scientific and administrative departments, visiting scientists, cooperation partners, etc.

Your profile

• Completed commercial training and at least two years of work experience as (team) assistant
• Interest in, but not necessarily experience, an international research/academic environment
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English (institute’s language); proficiency in German is an advantage
• Strong office computer skills and ability to deal with a wide variety of topics
• Social competence, strong interpersonal communication skills as well as enthusiasm for working in a team
• High level of service orientation and exceptional organizational abilities
• Accurate and independent working style
