Job Description

The Student Assistant will, under supervision, assist the instructor of MART 410 / Bridge Resource Management (BRM) in the operation of the Full Mission Bridge (FMB) Simulator during labs as well as assist the instructor with preparation of materials for lectures and labs. Student Assistant may also help with the scheduling of simulator student assistant time slots as well as administrative / clerical duties and maintenance of work areas as needed /requested by instructor.

Roles and Responsibilities

Student assistant will be required to learn/become familiar with the operation of the FMB Simulator as well as all other simulators.

General Qualifications

• Applicant must be in good academic standing with GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• Preference will be given to License Option students since they take courses using the simulator and have more familiarity.
• Outstanding focus and concentration skills.
• Good oral skills; dependable and prompt.
