The Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness (LOE) Consultant in Talent Management at the OSU Wexner Medical Center will be a well-rounded talent management professional supporting professional development, leader development and organization development across various units. LOE Consultants are responsible for providing thought leadership and management for at least one of our core LOE functions with an ability to consult across all, as they partner with their internal clients: HR consultants and the leaders they support. Learning and development, engagement, performance management, coaching, culture, engagement, onboarding, change management and succession planning are all in scope for an LOE consultant.
