Harvard Business School (HBS), External Relations is embarking on strategic initiatives and organizational investments that will position HBS as the 21st century world-class model of development and alumni engagement in higher education. Building from a foundation of existing areas of strength in fundraising, communications, and alumni relations, new internal initiatives focused on the lifelong learning and engagement of alumni will enhance the School’s ability to best serve its constituents.

The Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) for External Relations (ER) is a newly established role designed to enable External Relations to expand our capacity to attract top talent. Collaborating with External Relations Business Administration and HBS Human Resources, the TAM has an opportunity to establish a recruitment strategy from scratch and re-map ER’s hiring experience. In this role, you will:
Establish and lead our recruitment and outreach efforts.
In the first year of this permanent role, we will ask you to focus on these key areas of opportunity: Establish your role as key partner to each hiring manager. Review and rewrite job postings, introduce hiring checkpoints with hiring managers and HBS Talent Acquisition.

This role is offered as a hybrid (some combination of onsite and remote) where you are required to be onsite at our Boston, MA based campus 2 days per week. Specific days and schedule will be determined between you and your manager.
