Student and Programmes Administration is looking to appoint a Systems, Data and Reporting Administrator to join the professional services team. 

As part of the Systems, Data and Reporting team in Student and Programme Administration, the role holder will be responsible for providing timely, effective, and user-friendly support to users of the University’s student records systems. They will also take responsibility for ensuring that access to student record systems within their remit is granted and monitored strictly in accordance with approved policies and protocols.  

This is a varied role suitable for someone enthusiastic about delivering high quality user support and developing and delivering a suite of training activities, from online resources to in-person workshops. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and oral, as well as strong organisational and IT skills to manage a complex workload, solve problems and work to deadlines. An ability to work effectively as part of a team and using your own initiative is essential, as is appropriate experience of working with systems and procedures.
