We are looking for a Systems Administrator that has experience with systems infrastructure administration.
Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.
Reporting Relationship : You will report to the Manager, Systems Infrastructure.
Your Moneris Career – What you’ll do
Manage, administer, and maintain, Infrastructure Services like Systems, Servers, Containers, Storage, Data Center, and Infrastructure Applications to ensure Moneris has a robust, scalable, reliable and efficient Infrastructure on perm and cloud that supports its business.
Provide support, in an automated way when possible, to Systems, Applications, Servers and Storage service offerings.
Responsible for platform currency, capacity planning, and the reporting of defined Service level agreements.
Participate in projects, implementation, installation and configuration of Infrastructure Systems.
Manage support queue by promptly assessing cases and resolving incidents.
Responsible for the daily operations, including business as usual Service and Change Requests, Incident Investigation / Remediation, troubleshooting, and Monitoring of Systems, Servers, and Storage Services
Rotational on-call is required to support 24/7 critical and production systems
Support project activities, in partnership, with Infrastructure leads and Development teams build the supporting
Systems and Storage for core in-house develop gateways, transaction and payment processing systems
Support technology standards, processes and policies related to Systems and Storage for the service offerings
Your Moneris Career – What you bring
Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent work experience
Minimum 4 years of experience working with systems infrastructure administration, design or management
Proficient in systems administration, implementation, monitoring, support and automation
Proficient in leading projects or project steps and communicating progress/approach with all peers/clients.
Proficiency in payment systems and the merchant acquiring business (is an asset).
