Systems Administrator

Estates Services is seeking to recruit a System Administrator to manage a range of systems in use in the department.

Estates Services is responsible for the management and strategic direction of Oxford University’s functional and commercial estate within Oxfordshire. This comprises some 450 buildings and the infrastructure associated with them.

About the Role

The Systems Administrator will report to the Estates Services Head of Systems. The role is primarily focused on development, support and maintenance of an Integrated workplace management system (Planon) and other solutions supporting the delivery of services to the department and wider University. This is a specialist role key to an ever-growing use of IT solutions to manage, secure and control buildings across the University. The post holder will be responsible for a selection of key systems and will work alongside other administrators to provide service and support on a variety of platforms.

This is a twelve month fixed term contract.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in systems administration and can demonstrate their commitment to excellent customer service.
