| Job Summary | Provide specialized support and customer service to the Key Shop Manager and to all students, faculty, and staff through accurate processing of all key requests, meticulous maintenance of related records, and oversight of the key audit function. |
| Essential Duties and Responsibilities |
|
| Required Qualifications | High School diploma and five (5) years of increasingly responsible administrative, secretarial, and clerical experience with one (1) year of supervisory experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Intermediate skill level with personal computer, Microsoft Office standard office equipment. Proficiency in all phases of work performed. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals of all levels (faculty, staff, administration, and students), ability to multitask, and strong customer service skills. |
| Preferred Qualifications | Bachelor’s Degree. One (1) year of upper level secretarial experience. |
| Working Conditions | Repetitive use of keyboard, sitting, standing, and filing. Typical office conditions. |
