Supply Chain Customer Planner & Fulfillment Champion
The Customer Planner and Fullfillment Champion is responsible to drive
collaborative growth with strategic customers, ensuring seamless supply chain operations, and addressing critical financial issues to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Furthermore, this role is responsible to drive Integrated Sales Planning and maintain short & mid-term finished goods forecast baselines as well as its potential
demand scenarios. The candidate will manage high degree of ambiguity and complexity, while also possess strong customer/stakeholder relationship management, as well as broad Business Acumen, lifecycle management & commercial expertise.

What you will do:
Engage with strategic customers to:
- Develop joint value maturity plan with the customer and agree on specific service levels in alignment with commercial.
- Lead collaboration, co-creation, and improvement initiatives that have been mutually agreed upon with customers.
- Leverage customer data to identify ordering patterns, seasonality, stockouts on the customers (analyze customer data impact on internal processes)
- Build strong relationships with the Commercial team to jointly manage customer relationships and collaboratively grow strategic customers.
- Act autonomously within the collaborative framework provided by the Channel Engagement Lead and partners to further develop the framework.
- Work with the complete Customer team to ensure a seamlessly running supply chain that meets global standards, customer needs reflected in our S&OP processes and serviced based on the segmentation.
- Liaise with Financial Solution Manager in case of critical financial issues, such as high overdue payments.
- Create unconstrained forecast 0-36m (short-mid-term) leveraging statistical forecast when possible.
- Remove outliers from Sales History and conduct thorough market analyses to understand current trends and competitive landscape.
- Drive Integrated Sales Planning and facilitate effective communication between sales, marketing, finance and supply chain, aligning market insights with the overall business strategy, ensuring that demand planning activities are in sync with customer needs for the short term (0-18m)
- Management of risk of obsolescence/ write-off in alignment with commercial
- Create scenario planning for product for short term. Align and assess costs and impact with E2E supply network Manager
- Main stakeholder of product teams (supply agent) to understand supply situation and to communicate forecast/market changes on the short term when needed.
- Realign/connect unconstrained forecast and scenarios within operational and tactical horizons with Tactical Demand Planner.
- Drive automation, high level of statistics and simplification for mature portfolio
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration and a post graduate certificate in a supply chain management discipline preferred
- 5 years related experience in supply chain or demand management
- Knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning and forecasting
- Strong knowledge of SAP system, especially APO
- Excellent communications, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English skills both in spoken and written form
- Digital mindset as well as financial literacy and high business acumen desired
- Courage and driving results in transforming environment
- Customer oriented and manages complexity
- Knowledge and use of different statistical forecasting methods is highly appreciated
- Knowledge in OMP highly appreciated
- Be able to manage ambiguity and market complexity
- Deep product understanding and lifecycle management desired
