And what does your heart beat for?Your new adventureIn this position, you will take responsibility for the implementation of development projects at our international suppliers and actively promote the introduction and implementation of our quality standards at their production sites.

• Independent planning of proactive and reactive supplier development projects with our global supplier base and support of their production plants in achieving our corporate quality targets
• Assuming responsibility for project management and project controlling
• Regular on-site follow-up of the development programs at the suppliers
• Carrying out supplier audits (system, process and manufacturing process audits)
• Close cooperation with our teams in Austria, Mexico and Asia
• Supporting the Supplier Quality teams in onboarding new suppliers
• Management of cross-departmental projects and interface with our international locations

Your experiences and skills

• Successfully completed technical training (master craftsman, HTL, FH, university)
• Several years of professional experience in the field of quality assurance of purchased parts and supplier development or in the management of international quality management projects
• Knowledge of quality methods in the automotive industry (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, etc.) and completed auditor training (preferably according to IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3) is an advantage
• Very high affinity for technology, quality management and project management
• Intercultural competence, Business fluent English is a must, German desirable
• Up to 50% willingness to travel internationally

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 59,766.98 gross/year in accordance with the very attractive collective agreement for the metal industry.
