The Role
The Supervisor’s primary function is to achieve performance levels through motivating, coaching, and counseling reservation team members. This position is also responsible for the management of the reservation floor to ensure efficient operation on a daily basis. Elevated responsibilities include upholding the Business Principles at all times including personal behaviors that support a positive work environment in a 24/7 operation.
What you’ll do

Coach to performance through effective monitoring, feedback and support of the reservation sales agents. This includes reviewing call quality, attendance records, monthly scorecard delivery, action plans, and standards of performance.

Maintain accurate and up to date information for the reservation team members.

Train and develop team members to allow for personal growth and advancement

Participate in and lead meetings/training/team building with Management, Learning & Development, etc.

Assist with the development of new programs and projects to improve department efficiency and performance.

Required Qualifications/Experience
-
Minimum of Grade 12 with post-secondary education preferred
-
At least 1 year of experience in the Hotel Industry or Contact Center Industry.

Experience in an elevated role that required basic supervision of other associates.
