| Job Summary | This position functions as support for our SuperSnack meal . SuperSnack is a highly popular way to fuel late-night studies or merriment. Every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m., Bowdoin Dining lays out its offerings—jello, jalapeno poppers, cereal, grilled cheese, nachos, etc., in Thorne Hall. (And veggies and fruit, of course). This position will assist with cold food preparation, servery set up and replenishment, and customer food service. Performs general sanitation duties mainly in the dish room and pot & pan cleaning area. May be assigned sanitation procedures in related areas of dining hall including kitchen, servery, dining rooms, restrooms, and exteriors.

| Education/Skills Requirements | A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. Applicants must be responsible and professional with good communication skills, able to function effectively during late-night hours, and enjoy interacting with college students and working in a fast-paced, fluid environment. |
| Experience Requirements and/or Equivalents | Some experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. |
| Standard Work Days and Hours | Available shifts are Thursday 10pm-2:30am, Friday 10pm-2:30am, and Saturday 10pm-2:30am. Added hourly pay differentials for second shift (10%) and third shift (15%) apply. This is a part-time, non-benefit eligible position working less than 20 hours/ week. |
