IT:U is Austria’s first public interdisciplinary university dedicated to digital transformation for the benefit of our society, economy, and environment. The focus is on mission-oriented study programs and project-based learning. To further develop and market the study programs, we are looking for a Study Program Coordinator to join the team.Ihre Aufgaben

Coordinate courses faculty, and progam administration
Ensuring the quality of teaching and compliance with academic standards
Supporting the content design and further development of study programs
Administrative and organizational management around the study programs
Representing and marketing the study programs internally and externally, including at fairs or in committees
Collaborating with other areas of IT:U, such as marketing, to ensure smooth communication

Ihr Profil

Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field (Doctoral preferred)
Experience in higher education institutions and program management
Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and confident stakeholder management

Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Team player with a structured and reliable working style
