Grade: Professional Services Grade 7 – £38,273 – £45,611

Responsible to: Head of Student Success Centre

Campus: Belfast, Coleraine or Derry~Londonderry 

(Permanent / full-time)

Job Purpose:

As part of a university-wide student success initiative, we are establishing a new Student Success team. This team will support Ulster University students to achieve their educational goals and engage in opportunities that maximise success throughout their learning journey.

Student Success Officers will support inclusion and belonging activities to enhance academic transitions and learning journey for Ulster University students both in university and through to work-based learning and graduate transition.   They will join a newly established Student Success Centre located within the Student & Graduate Success Directorate.
