An exciting opportunity to join our Scholarships and Bursaries team where you will play a key role in the organisation and delivery of the University of Bath’s Gold Scholarship Programme (GSP) and Arts Scholarships. These Scholarships provide financial support and a comprehensive enrichment programme of activities to University of Bath students from less advantaged backgrounds and to those with exceptional artistic talent.
The Gold Scholarship Programme aims to ensure that its Scholars are equipped with the funding, transferrable skills, knowledge, experience and social capital needed to maximise their Bath experience and to successfully transition to the next stage of their career/studies. 50 new Scholars join the programme each year, and participate in the programme until they graduate. The Gold Scholars are required to attend key events during the year and to complete volunteering hours and training requirements.
The Arts Scholarships provide financial support, mentorship and artistic skills development to the Arts Scholars.

The Programme also makes use of a variety of IT systems and tools, including Microsoft Sharepoint, Teams, Zoom, PowerApps and more – and therefore experience in using relevant systems and in improving systems or business processes, or a keenness to learn, will be an advantage.
