Position Overview

We are looking for sound administrative experience to fill our Admission and/or Enrolment Specialist vacancy’s.  We are seeking participatory and positive team members who will bring an enthusiastic approach to their work environment. Where your positive attitude and approach is as important as your technical skills.  You will be a natural leader and will seek out ways to improve what we do.

You will belong to a team responsible for providing excellent service by assessing and responding to student/stakeholder-initiated workflows.  Working within Admissions and/or Enrolment assisting student admission applications, from initial assessment to conversion, to course enrolment and study progression. 

To be successful in your appointment to this role you will have demonstrated suitable qualities, ideally to a complex operational environment, excellent time management skills, strong interpersonal skills, and an eye for detail. You will excel in a high output environment and contribute to a productive team who are committed to the challenge of growing and retaining Massey’s diverse student enrolment.  Alternatively you will be a recent graduate or a student who is about to graduate.
