We are looking to appoint an International Recruitment Administrator to join our Global Student Recruitment Team and provide administrative support to our efforts in attracting international students to the University of Hull. Our team has celebrated success in increasing student enrolments and enhancing the global brand presence of the University and our region – so it’s an exciting time to be joining our team.

We are searching for an enthusiastic team player with the ability to manage a diverse workload, and we welcome applications from candidates with a desire to join a cohesive team of colleagues who enjoy fostering a positive and uplifting environment, providing support for one another. Aptitude in IT systems (including the Microsoft Office suite) and strong communication skills, plus the ability to use initiative, are essential.

As International Recruitment Administrator, you would support our team of International Recruitment Officers and Managers by undertaking a wide range of activities to help attract and convert international applicants – this may include inbox management, data extraction and reporting, and supporting event organisation. A passion for international students is important to us. Previous experience of working within office environment or holding an administrative role is highly valuable.

It is important that applicants demonstrate the ability to communicate confidently and effectively with excellent cultural awareness, both with internal and external contacts.
