Stanford Online High School is also the home of Stanford Pre-Collegiate Studies (SPCS) , which provides a diverse array of academic enrichment programs that take place mostly in the summer but also throughout the academic year. SPCS programs serve intellectually curious pre-college students from around the world.
The Student Life Coordinator will join the Outreach Programs team, which is responsible for planning, implementing, and managingSummer Institutes , Stanford Humanities Institute , Stanford University Mathematics Camp (SUMaC), Stanford Middle School Scholars Program and Stanford Math Circle . The Student Services Program Coordinator will serve as the lead coordinator for online programs. As such, you will have the opportunity to apply and enhance your project management skills to oversee the successful implementation of all program logistics and operations, including the planning and delivery of student support services. The Coordinator will collaborate cross functionally to plan, develop and implement academic enrichment programs for elementary, middle and high school students, held during the academic school year and primarily in the summer. This includes engaging in planning to determine and execute student life programming for enrichment programs. Your interest in collaborative project management and supporting students from underrepresented backgrounds are a strong alignment for this role.
The ideal candidate has past experience working in student affairs, particularly with pre-college students, and enjoys helping students, fielding questions, understanding and navigating policies, and handling detail-oriented work with a positive attitude.
*Stanford Online High School and Stanford Pre-Collegiate Studies offices are located at the Stanford Redwood City Campus , however this position is eligible for remote or hybrid work arrangement upon mutual agreement.*
