For our location in Mödling we are offering a student job in the field of developing an energy storage for braking systems (f/m/d) – 20 hours.YOUR TASKS

• PARTICIPATION… in a cross-functional high-performance development team that is redeveloping a strategically important and highly innovative Knorr-Bremse product
• CONTRIBUTION… in the conception, simulation, design, construction and testing of prototypes of a
• highly safe mechatronic system
• SUPPORT… the development team and the product owner in

• Carrying out and supervising measurements of electrochemical energy storage systems

(such as lithium-ion batteries) * Evaluation of measurement data using MATLAB

• Development and optimization of virtual energy storage models in MATLAB Simulink
• Participation in laboratory and vehicle tests
• Creation of V-process documents
• SHAPING… the mobility of the future

YOUR PROFILE

• Ongoing studies (FH or university) ideally in the field of electrochemistry, electrical engineering, mechatronics
• Previous knowledge in dealing with energy storage systems as well as electrical engineering, electronics and measurement data evaluation are an advantage or technical interest
• Enthusiasm for working in agile product development teams (SCRUM, KANBAN)
• Passion for processes and accuracy in the work for the necessary documentation
• English at C1 level

• Hands-on mentality and fast learning
