Student Job (f/m/x) – ESG Data Collection & EU Taxonomy (20-25 h/week) Are you passionate about ESG and sustainable finance? RBI, a leading financial institution in Austria and CEE, is at the forefront of sustainable finance, dedicated to integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations into our financial solutions to our clients. We are seeking a part-time student to join our ESG Data Collection team. You will play a vital role in driving positive change based on ESG data. Group Risk Data Integration is responsible for all data acquisition around the ESG topic and beyond with a special focus on solutions around the EU Taxonomy.#start as soon

• ESG Data Collection: Extract data from sustainability reports, maintain the data pipeline to risk management & regulatory reporting
• Reporting & Documentation: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of Power BI reports and process documentations (e.g., learning material, user manuals, …)
• Regulatory Compliance: Assist in monitoring relevant sustainability regulations (e.g., the EU Taxonomy, CSRD, …)
• Innovation & Development: Support senior team members in developing the ESG data collection tools, play an active role in finding innovative new ways to collect data

We are looking for someone who

• Is actively studying at a university or university of applied sciences (in finance, regulatory affairs or law, economics, environmental science, mathematics, physics, or a related field)
• Will be available for at least 1.5 – 2 years
• Has strong analytical skills, a result-oriented and structured way of working
• Has excellent communication skills; is fluent in English, German is appreciated
• Is a team player, but also enjoys working independently

• You are eager to continuously deepen the knowledge of ESG and sustainable finance including its regulatory basics
• Understanding and applying data analytics
• Good knowledge of Power BI is a plus
• You have a high level of commitment and motivation
