Student Job (f/m/x) – Agile Coaches (20-25h/week) The Agile Coaches department is responsible for the adaptive journey/agile transformation at Raiffeisen Bank International. The team consists of dedicated and passionate “change agents” who shape the new mindset within the RBI organization and strengthen the RBI spirit of agility. They support cross-functional teams in all aspects of transformation and meet arising challenges with answers and solutions by applying agile techniques, principles and values.#start as soon

• Preparation of workshops/trainings and support in their implementation
• Implementation, evaluation and analysis of company-wide empirical surveys
• Assisting the team in administrative tasks (office management, travel planning, refunding of costs, meeting coordination, …)
• Working in an agile environment and gaining inspiration on agile topics and methodologies

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 3 semesters until the end of their studies
• Has very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
• Brings initial work experience in the form of internships as an advantage
• Has good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, …)
• Has high level of commitment, self-organization and pro-activeness
• Has strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
