• ASSISTANCE… in the operational support of our Atlassian environment, in particular Jira and Confluence
• SUPPORT… in the onboarding of new areas and users into the existing instance
• USER SUPPORT… and implementation of training courses

YOUR PROFILE

• Ongoing studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable
• First experience with Atlassian products is an advantage
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• Independent and structured way of working

Our location for digitalisation, in a modern office building in Vienna, has excellent public transport connections and is only a 5-minute walk from the Praterstern transport hub. The open space office offers various areas and zones for different tasks and collaboration scenarios.
