The main objectives of ETITFem are to make women’s research visible, encourage female students to pursue a career in STEM and create networking opportunities.In this context, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology TU Wien is offering a position as Student Employee (all genders) in research and administration for 20 hours/week to support the core activities of the ETITFem network. Expected start: as soon as possible. This position is initially limited to 1 year, with an option to extend to a total of 4 years, but no longer than until the completion of the Master’s or Diploma program.Tasks:

• Support with the management of the ETITFem web page and the social media accounts
• Posting the provided and approved content in the social media and web page
• Assistance with the organizational and administrative tasks related to ETITFem activities
• Committed collaboration in the preparation and implementation of projects related with the promotion of Women in Science at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology (ETIT)

Your profile:

• You are enrolled in a program in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology (no completed master’s or diploma degree in the subject area)
• You have organizational and problem-solving skills and want to support Women in Science
• You are comfortable working in a team
• You have very good communication skills
• You have experience with web page designing (desirable)
• Fluent in English and at least basics in German
