The Opportunity
We are looking for an ambitious individual to join the Student Conduct team in Keele University’s Registry. The Registry is responsible for the central student administration at the University from enrolment to graduation. It supports the work of the University’s Faculties and academic decision-making processes.
The successful candidate will join the Student Appeal, Complaints and Conduct Team as their administrator. In this role, you will provide high quality support to the team, in particular in the preparation of electronic documentation relating to student casework and recording decisions and outcomes on the digital student record.
You will have experience of working in a mainly digital office environment in an administrative or clerical role. You enjoy working independently on your tasks and have a keen interest in using digital systems and information sources to complete your work to the highest standard. An excellent eye for detail, a good understanding of confidentiality and data protection, and good communication skills are also important.
