Job description
We are looking for a candidate with administrative and perhaps secretarial skills to update the AMS website, schedule meetings and assisting in preparing newsletters and other administrative tasks for AMS.
Your duties
- Updating the AMS website;
- Calendar planning for the director of the institute
- Schedule meetings with various AMS researchers using Datumprikker / Doodle
- Assisting in preparing the newsletters
- Updating the institute’s social media channels
- Helping out with the Annual Report (e.g. selecting images in the available databases)
- Making and sending invites for scientific meetings
- Assist in the preparation of press meetings
- Assist in the general running of the AMS office
Requirements
- A keen eye for detail
- Master Student Human Movement Sciences
- Excellent written and spoken DUTCH
- Excellent written English
- Team worker
- Flexibility
What are we offering?
A challenging position in a socially involved organization. On full-time basis the remuneration amounts to a minimum gross monthly salary of €2,402 (scale 1)
and a maximum €2,402 (scale 1), depending on your education and experience. The job profile: is based on the university job ranking system and is vacant for at least 0.1 FTE.
The initial employment contract will affect a period of 2 years.
