The Department Personnel and Social Matters is looking for

Student Assistant (f/m/d) in the HR Department (all fields of study)

Your Tasks

• After a detailed orientation phase, you will take over the recruiting and hiring process as well as the personnel support for the target group of students.
• You will organise onboarding events and prepare onboarding materials for our new employees.
• You will support us in the recognition of international university degrees and process guest applications.
• You will relieve the workload of our team through various projects based on your interests, e.g. adapting our forms with intelligent functions, tidying up the archive or assisting with the data protection-compliant disposal of personnel files.
• If you are interested, you can delve deeper into the area of recruiting by creating content for our social media channels or editing our advertisement texts.

Your Profile

• Enrolled student of any subject, preferably human resources, economics or media informatics
• Very good command of German (at least B2 level), good knowledge of English
• Technical affinity & interest in technology
• Desirable: first experience in human resources
• Ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new tasks
