Involves identifying, building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with new and existing stakeholders across the health enterprise. Activities include identifying opportunities to generate new business, working closely with cross functional teams and executive leadership to identify, develop and implement new growth opportunities.

Technical leader with a high degree of knowledge in the overall healthcare field and recognized expertise in specific areas; problem-solving frequently requires analysis of unique issues / problems without precedent and / or structure. Will manage programs that include formulating strategies and administering policies, processes, and resources; functions with a high degree of autonomy.

Applies advanced knowledge of business development to lead and facilitate strategic growth projects and initiatives. Implements operational changes that expand the reach of existing clinical programs, increase access to services, and improve patient care delivery. Drives initiatives that leverage technology and standardize processes.

  • Nine (9) years of related experience, education/training in healthcare analytics and/or strategy, OR a Bachelor’s degree in related area plus three to five (5) years of related experience/training in healthcare analytics and/or strategy.

  • Experience and proven success in business development concepts, best practices, and functions.

  • Master’s degree (MBA, MPH, MHA).

  • Project Management.

  • Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.

  • Employment is subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment physical.
