  • Fully lead several cross-functional priority projects, directly impacting the company’s strategic direction and growth.
  • Manage 2-3 strategic projects ,prioritized directly out of the CEO and COO office including business development initiatives and performance improvement programs for key business metrics.
  • Take accountability for the company-wide OKR process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across departments and markets to ensure project success.
  • Utilize strong project management and quantitative analysis skills to drive innovative solutions.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating autonomy, accountability, and effective time management.

Your impact

  • Demonstrate expertise in managing cross-functional projects and resolving complex issues, leveraging your experience in strategy consulting, venture capital, or startup environments (ideally between 2 to 4 years of experience).
  • Utilize at a good level tools like GSheet and basic SQL for data analysis and root cause analysis.
  • Bring creativity and critical thinking to project management and stakeholder management approaches to drive innovative solutions.
  • Effectively communicate with senior management and stakeholders, negotiating when necessary.
  • Lead projects involving operational staff and subject matter experts, demonstrating leadership and mentorship qualities.
  • Adaptability and comfort with uncertainty, embracing changing responsibilities and challenges.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German would be a great plus.
