The Scrum Master will drive the appropriate Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban/etc) focused on predictable, quality delivery and driving continuous improvement. They will facilitate team productivity by removing impediments that may obstruct the pursuit of the team’s goals and by preserving flexibility and ability to rapidly respond to changes on the team.Agile isn’t just a set of practices, it’s a mindset. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!You’ll Get To:Support the organization by working across boundaries and teams to accelerate the business agility journeyPartner with organizational leadership to co-create meaningful and continuous improvementCollaborate within Technology and Product to organize, track, communicate, and showcase key features and initiativesOrganize and run sprint ceremonies for assigned teams, e.g., planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectivesIdentify and implement strategies for improving team productivity and efficiencyOptimize the flow of work for assigned teams and dependency trackingProvide support to ensure delivery stays on schedule with accurate estimation of epics and rolling planningEnsure tools, processes and operations of agile delivery teams align with the organization’s procedures and policies (product development process, quality systems and other applicable functional procedures)Ensure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibilityLiaise between architects, developers, testers, and UX/UI designers. Foster better communication between the disciplines.Perform other duties as assignedWhat You’ll Need:Minimum 6 years of Project/Product Management experience using Agile & Scrum methodologiesSelf-motivated to solve problems and make progress despite obstacles

Ability to understand technical issues at a high levelExceptional facilitation skills to gain and maintain alignment, transparency of process, results, and trustStrong command of the software development life cycle (SDLC)Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and writtenProficient with JIRA and Microsoft Office productsScrum Master Certification (CSM) required. PMI-ACP certification a plus.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceBenefits:

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan.
