Pay Grade/Pay Range: The rate of pay is to be determined by the employer.

Department/Organization: This position reports to an off-campus employer.

Normal Work Schedule: This is a part-time and/or temporary position.

Days and hours of work will vary but will consist primarily of evenings and weekends. Saturday home games for the crimson tide football season!!

Scheduled to start 3 hours before kickoff time working through the entire game and helping with cleanup.

• Saturday September 3 (6:30pm game)
• Saturday September 17 (3pm game)
• Saturday September 24 (game time TBD)
• Saturday October 8 (game time TBD)
• Saturday October 22 (game time TBD)
• Saturday November 19 (game time TBD)
• Saturday November 26 (game time TBD)

Job Summary: This position is responsible for the support of packaging and sorting of pre-wrapped food from the concession stands within the assigned venue. This position will require to help be a brand ambassador to help promote and show event attendees how to use the Waitr /Asap app to access the food pick-up experience. Partner closely with the vendors within the venue to drive business through on-time packaging and accuracy, and will provide face-to-face customer service with venue attendees as both a representative of the company as well as part of the overall venue experience. This position is part-time seasonal based on event schedule for stadium.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

• 6 months in a customer service position.
• 6 months in the food service industry.
• Must utilize excellent guest service skills to enhance the experience and meet the needs of guests with a positive attitude.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must be at least 21 years old

Skills and Knowledge:

• Lift up to 25 pounds
• Standing/walking/bending for 6+ hours at a time

Preferred Qualifications: Prior concessions and bar experience preferred BUT not required.
