Job role: Lead and Guide a Team of 5 to 7 DST’s and ensure productivity Interaction with manufacturers/dealers/sub-dealers in semi-urban and rural market for sourcing business Tie-up with channel partners & associates for sales program Ensure development of direct and indirect team Interaction with credit for loan applications and operations for smooth disbursement Follow-up on Infant delinquent cases and managing PDD’s Job requirements: Min. 2 yrs. of work experience in vehicle financing (preferably CV/CE/MUV’s) Knowledge of Sale-Purchase Broker Go Getter Attitude Strong Customer Orientation Self Motivated Good relationship Management Same Posting Description for Internal and External Candidates
