Position Summary

At Miovision, we are engineering the future of smart transportation, and to keep our revenue engine running smoothly, we need a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations & Analytics to own the architecture, data integrity, and operational highways of our entire marketing technology stack. Partnering seamlessly with Sales Operations, Finance, and Marketing, your mission is to clear out pipeline gridlock, ensure global campaigns get the green light without delay, and build multi-touch attribution models that map the exact route to revenue. We are looking for a smart, hardworking team player who can build scalable processes to accelerate pipeline growth and maximize marketing ROI. Objectives and Responsibilities:

• Own, administer, and relentlessly optimize Miovision’s enterprise marketing automation platforms and integrated tech stack (including CRM, sales enablement, and data enrichment tools).
• Partner closely with the demand generation team to design, maintain, and continuously refine lead scoring, routing, and nurturing workflows, ensuring impeccable database hygiene in lockstep with Sales Ops.
• Build and manage enterprise marketing analytics, dynamic dashboards, and sophisticated multi-touch attribution models to track campaign effectiveness and overall revenue contribution.
• Streamline campaign intake, efficiently manage operational request queues, develop reusable templates, and enforce SLA compliance to ensure lightning-fast campaign launches globally.
• Strictly enforce global data privacy standards (GDPR, CASL, CCPA) and maintain pristine data quality across all marketing databases.
• Oversee the marketing operations and tech stack budget, confidently managing vendor relationships, contract renewals, and tool utilization to ensure maximum ROI.
• Direct, coach, and develop a high-performing Marketing Operations team while delivering vital cross-functional training and documentation to the broader organization.

The Ideal Profile:

• The Salesforce Savant: You possess advanced, hands-on technical expertise in Salesforce CRM (this is required!), and if you bring Marketing Cloud experience to the table, we consider that a massive bonus.
• The Revenue Engineer: You have deep experience with modern marketing systems and a thorough understanding of revenue operations, database segmentation, lead funnel architecture, and complex B2B/B2G buyer journeys with long sales cycles.
• The Data Whisperer: You are fiercely metric-focused with strong proficiency in marketing analytics tools, SQL/BI platforms (like PowerBI), and building multi-touch attribution models to drive meaningful insights.
• The Digital Strategist: You bring solid, practical experience with SEO, SEM, and AEO. (If you also have Account-Based Marketing (ABM) experience, you jump straight to the front of the line!).
• The Process Optimizer: You possess stellar project management and strategic problem-solving abilities, capable of untangling complex workflows and turning them into scalable, efficient processes.
• The Collaborative Leader: You are a smart, hardworking team player with a proven track record of cross-functional leadership, mentoring direct reports, and empowering broader teams to succeed.

Compensation

CA$120K – CA$150K • Offers Equity • Offers Bonus

The compensation range for this position is listed above and includes the base salary, a discretionary bonus, and the benefits available for this role. The listed range is based on the expectations outlined in this posting; however, the final base pay will be determined based on factors including transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location.
