Job Description

 

Perform programming in several software programs, determining the appropriate source for unique data retrieval needs; analysis activities to process data and create or modify reports applicable to each request, research software programs for proposes usage as well as for improving methods used in programs utilized.

Job duties:

  • Retrieve, collect, review, and interpret data requests from facutly and staff
  • Create and prepare reports, graphs, charts and other documents
  • Meet with various entities for new process setup and data collection
  • Ensure secure storage of data
  • Perfrom various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position 

 

Job Requirements

 

Required Education:  Bachelor’s degree, AND

  • 24 months data collection and analysis

Equivalency/Substitution:  Will accept 48 months experience in lieu of the Bachelor’s degree for a total of 72 months of related experience

Skills:

  • Detail oriented for accuracy of data and information
  • Ability to produce reports and complete work within deadlines
  • Ability to work well with interdepartmental teams and initiatives
  • Ability to effectively evaluate projects, programs, and produce comprehensive reports

Advertised Physical Requirements:

  • Physical: Ability to engage in repetitive motions.
  • Environmental: Standard office environment

Departmental Preferences:

  • Detail oriented for accuracy of data information
  • Produce reports and complete within deadlines
  • Effectively evaluate multiple projects
