About this role

Carrier World Headquarters (WHQ) in Palm Beach Gardens is seeking a motivated Specialist Supply Chain Management – Data Analysis to lead specific projects with an interest in gaining global, cross-functional exposure related to Source to Pay (S2P) projects and analytics that deliver efficiency gains with vendor payments and ensure that supply continuity is maintained. The Specialist Supply Chain Management – Data Analysis will be responsible for supporting the global supply chain vendor relationship team in ensuring commitments on performance metrics/reporting, standard work, and change management/communication.  Assist the team with reaching the 1/3/5 year plan.

This is an onsite role in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report on aged payables by region, entity, and vendor 
  • Evaluate data integrity and reports
  • Provide direction to higher level of management of trends/anomalies
  • Create standard work documentation and training programs
  • Maintain repository of WHQ vendor spend with key attributes
  • Perform trend analysis and provides recommendations to support functional goals
  • Anticipate and recommend solutions for issues that arise
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for various monthly and quarterly meetings 
  • Record action items and help ensure that it is completed timely and thoroughly
  • Communicate with WHQ Supply Chain leads on vendor updates i.e. Terms changes, Price changes and Vendor updates for contacts, factories supplying product, changes in bank account
  • Update respective ERP’s as it relates to above by following standard written procedures
  • Send updates to local factories/service centers as well as WHQ category leads
  • Audit invoices to ensure that the information is correct and correct issues as required

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 years plus experience in supply chain analysis or data analysis

  • ERP systems, i.e. SAP or  JDE
