Job Title: Sourcer

Job Type: 6 month contract

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sourcer to join our team and support a large account. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent and a passion for connecting people with opportunities. This role is crucial in helping us build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.) to identify and engage potential candidates.

• Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.

• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

• Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and candidate pipeline status.

  Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in a sourcing or recruiting role is preferred.

• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in using sourcing tools and platforms, and excellent organizational abilities.

• Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.

• Attributes: High level of initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
