# Onsite + Home OfficeYour tasks in our team:You analyze business requirements and work out a systematic delivery & test strategy including test automation and continuous delivery approaches.Review business/software requirements and provide quality related inputs during the project planning phase.In your role, you will review and optimize software development and test (automation) methods and processes.You will also be responsible for planning, creating and coordinating test plans and analyzing test results during all the project planning and delivery phases.As an active driver, you define and plan functional and non-functional test cases (manual and automated) for software applications and interfaces and support their implementation.Report defects and assist the development team in their understanding.Analyze test results and track software testing metrics.Prepare and present test reports to project stakeholders.Liaise with clients during their User Acceptance Testing and Integration Testing exercises.Does that appeal to you? • 2+ years of relevant work experience as a test Manager

Strong communication and coordination skillsKnowledge of software testing methodologies and approach.Use of automated testing tools (preferred but optional).Ability to document results of software testing.You don’t have all the points listed?
