AVL List GmbH offers a job in Austria (AT) asSoftware Development Engineer Automation f/m/dOur team develops software for state-of-the-art automation systems used in test benches for automotive drive systems such as batteries, fuel cells, electric motors, and combustion engines. If you have a passion for technology and development, we look forward to welcoming you as a software developer in our agile team!YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Development of innovative automation software for automotive test benches in collaboration with international development teams
• Implementation, testing, and continuous maintenance of the software
• Support in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Analysis and resolution of software errors to ensure smooth operation

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed education (University, University of Applied Sciences, University of Technology, or comparable) with a focus on Computer Science or a related field
• Initial professional experience in agile software development is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of C/C++
• Systematic and structured working style as well as commitment, flexibility, and teamwork skills
• Driver’s license B
• Willingness to travel up to 15% (mainly within Europe)
• Good knowledge of English and German

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €52,300.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
