After a training phase, in which you get to know our tools, you take over IT projects independently.
Your job’s key responsibilities are:

• Responsibility for the conception of large IT projects in the field of MDM, and for the support of notable clients in the DACH region
• Elaborating detailed concepts together with our clients and in an interdisciplinary team
• Configurating our solution according to the created concepts and implementing required business logics
• Accompanying our customers from the first idea to the finished solution
• Advising our customers in operational as well as strategic matters related to MDM
• Planning and conducting project-specific workshops with our clients and being the contact person for all questions related to the concept

Ihr Profil

• Completed technical education (TU / FH or comparable) with a focus in IT
• Professional experience, ideally in the area of Data Management/Data Analysis with MDM, BI, or similar tools
• Experience in database modeling, SQL, and object-oriented programming
• Creative, strong, and assertive communicator and presenter
• Independent working style and cooperative, result-oriented approach to work
• Very good communication skills in German and English (both written and verbal)
• Willingness to travel within Europe (up to 1-2 days per month) and a passion for working in an intercultural environment

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. What is also important to us is to pay our employees an internally comparable salary. For legal reasons, we need to disclose the minimum annual salary for full time employment as stated in the current collective IT agreement, which is € 43.078 gross/year for this position.
