The Snickel Lane Urban Art Award was established in 2016 by Argosy Property to offer an opportunity for a student to create and display a public art work and develop the expertise needed to succeed in this field supported by staff of Argosy and of Elam School of Fine Arts.

Outcomes are determined by a selection committee and are usually notified around eight weeks after the closing date.
