Sessional Lecturer, JSGS 806

The Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy invites applications for a Sessional Lecturer to teach the following course during the 2022-23 regular session:

Course Number, Section, and Name: JSGS 806.3 Public Policy Analysis
Term and Course Dates: Winter Session (January 9 to April 6, 2023)
Delivery Mode: To be determined
Course Schedule: Expected Enrollment Limit: 25-30 students

Appointment periods for the session include additional days in recognition of preparation and marking time required.

The course may be cancelled due to low enrolment.

Qualifications

Minimum of a Master’s degree in public administration, public policy, political science, or a related discipline; a PhD degree is preferred. Experience in a senior leadership position is required. Previous teaching experience, particularly at the graduate level, would be considered an asset.

A valid driver’s license is required for off campus courses. Appointment periods include additional days in recognition of preparation and marking time required. Courses may be cancelled due to low enrolment.
