Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a ServiceNow BSA/BA to join one of the top 5 banks. This individual is required to have extensive knowledge of the tasks associated with a BSA including full life cycle of business requirements and formalities. This individual will be joining the IAM onboarding team in developing a internal portal in ServiceNow to be a one stop shop for all internal teams to navigate and flow within. This individual will need to be a team player and come with excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Skills and Requirements

* 6+ years exp as a BSA/BA

* Knowledge in Full life cycle gathering requirements and formalities.

* Exp working in Agile environments with methodologies.

* Experience working with ServiceNow, need to be able to questions stakeholders and know ins and out of processes.

* Having knowledge about past projects on audit related and knowing the importance.

* Questions: What is a service portal how it works question to ask, Challenge in past SNOW, table structure how it works,

-Knowledge on tracking, modules, test cases within ServiceNow * Cybersecurity/IAM knowledge

* Audit/Risk experience within Projects null
