Write the next chapter of your ABB story.Your role and responsibilitiesThe Field Service Manager is responsible for operational performance of the tools and field engineers’ activities for the location under his/her designated territory to exceed the project managers and service coordinators delivery expectations ensuring that the company is represented professionally, ethically, with high code of conduct, to achieve the financial, commercial, OHS and environmental targets of the company. The work model for the role is: Hybrid. #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the Process Automation, Marine and Ports Division in Miramar, FL. You will be mainly accountable for: Ensuring customer focus, urgency, and care in your direct area of responsibility, building sustainable customer relationships for growth, satisfaction, and retention. Driving the development of processes and practices based on customer feedback (Net Promoter Score) to consistently improve customer experience. Allocating, driving, and monitoring work based on order content, delivery time, competencies, and workload. Managing a team of service professionals, guiding their development, and ensuring effective organization and direction within your area of responsibility. • Minimum 2 years of experience in Marine Industry service or Electrical Engineering service or equivalent experience in the diesel engine, preferably supervisory position.
• College, vocational education or equivalent experience in a related technical field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, and knows how to build commitment within diverse and fragmented environments
