This is a permanent role is to join our busy team of Service Desk staff providing a professional out of hours 24/7/365 IT support service via telephone, email and instant chat for Higher Education Organisations primarily in the UK. 

The right person should have a passion for customer service, a good understanding of Service Desk processes and exceptional communication skills.
