About the role:
As a Service Center Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient inbound and outbound shipping and receiving processes. Your commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our service center within our warehouse facility. This position is onsite in our Mississauga, ON location, working regular business hours with potential shifts based on business needs.
Key responsibilities will include:

Manage shipping and receiving of instruments, equipment, spare parts, and tech tools for repair, refurbishment, and servicing activities across various BD businesses.

Coordinate equipment decontamination and maintain accurate records for all business units.

Oversee inventory tracking, and determining if tools are out of tolerance.

Maintain service areas according to protocols, SOPs, and ensure general area cleanliness, in compliance with company quality programs, including support of CAPA, audit and business needs to ensure appropriate site management.

Perform regular cycle counts of spare parts, tech tools, demo, and loaner instruments.

Coordinate with Service Administrators for customer installs, ensuring all components are available and communicating status updates to stakeholders.

Work in multiple ERP systems to support daily activities, including SAP, ServiceMax, and others.

Support with our Health & Safety policies and procedures, promoting a safe working environment and adhering to company policies.

Education and experience required:

High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years warehouse, shipping-receiving related experience.

Prior experience working with ERP and CRM systems.

Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).

If needed, should be able to acquire and maintain necessary certifications (Health & Safety/Hazmat, etc.).
