Service Advisor- (Welsh essential)

Salary: £21,197 per annum (pro rata if part-time); £11.61 hourly rate

Contract: Temporary until 31.01.23

Hours: Full Time and Part Time to include bank holidays, evenings and weekends

Location: Swansea University Libraries, Academic Services

The MyUni Library Team are delighted to offer a rare opportunity to work alongside us in our Bay and Singleton Libraries. We have a range of temporary 6-month contracts available to include full and part time hours. We offer flexibility with shift patterns which include some evening and weekend work and includes Bank Holidays.

This customer facing role is fast paced and duties are varied, from helping someone to find a suitable study space, use the printers, connect to our Wi-Fi, locate a book or borrow a laptop from one of our self-service lockers. During busy times you would assist with managing queues at the Information Desk. Our focus is supporting students and other library users to get the most out of our facilities.
