• You have a dual role – as Senior Transformation Manager in our Group Strategy & Transformation team and in addition as Assistant to our Group CEO (10-20%)
• You lead international strategy and improvement projects across all units and functions of MM Group (MM Board & Paper and MM Packaging)
• Examples for such projects are: Re-organization, restructuring, integration of acquisitions, commercial and operational excellence – for inidividual sites or entire business units
• You are the project manager for these projects – depending on the type of project, you run analyses, conduct interviews and workshops, develop recommendations and action plans, track status and progress – in alignment with team members and senior management
• In addition, you support our Group CEO on special projects and ad-hoc tasks such as the preparation of stakeholder meetings (e.g. Supervisory Board) or external speeches
• In both roles, you will have a steep learning curve and a lot of senior management interaction. Thus, this is an ideal role for ambitious young professionals who want to develop their career in a dynamic working environment with interesting growth opportunities

Ihr ProfilYour Profile

• You have a completed University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or similar
• You gained at least 3 years professional experience, ideally from management consulting (Senior Consultant level) or from similar role in the industry (corporate development, corporate strategy etc.)
• You bring ideally experience across a number of functional topics (e.g. operations, supply chain, restructuring, sales) and in industries similar to ours (e.g. basic materials, oil & gas, chemicals)
• You have strong analytical skills, a good business understanding and an hands-on mentality
• You are an well structured, precise and ambitious person with high drive to change things to the better
• You are open and flexible for new challenges in a dynamic working environment
• As a communication talent, you are fluent in written and spoken English (C-Level), German is an advantage
