Job Description join us and drive the energy revolution are you passionate about the energy transition and naturally curious about power markets? we are seeking a collaborative senior trading operations expert (f/m/x) who wants to design the best customer experience with our augmented traders and software engineers. we promise your daily work will never run out of challenges. stand for the best customer experience as part of our handpicked team of experts, you take part in the onboarding of new flexibility assets, especially battery storage systems, understand the Austrian and German regulatory requirements of each grid operator in terms of wholesale markets and ancillary services markets, make sure power is flowing the right way and all after-trade processes are working, support customers together with our partners for ancillary services to integrate, prequalify, and on-board flexible assets, like battery storage for cross-market optimization, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to create the best customer experience, optimise and automate processes, and discover and eliminate operational risk. Requirements how you fit into the team you want to participate in the transition to clean energy actively, and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar operational role in short-term power and ancillary services markets, have firsthand experience in TSO guidelines and requirements for prequalification for battery storage systems, value excellent team spirit, start-up culture, and creative freedom, preferably bring some coding experience, have a background in energy industry, trading, operations, have great communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, are decisive and able to use your own initiative in dealing with operational problems, are fluent in English and German, other languages are a plus, have a detail-oriented and structured way of working coupled with a hands-on mentality, and you are a curious person with a good sense of humour. what’s in it for you? we believe in transparency and keep our colleagues updated on every aspect of our business.
