  • As a Senior Supply Planner (m/d/f) you manage the supply planning process for our waterdrops portfolio, ensuring optimal stock levels across all SKUs to meet customer demand.
  • You create, manage, and track Purchase Orders (POs) for production, ensuring timely delivery of our waterdrops portfolio.
  • You manage inbound shipments to maintain inventory levels and support production needs.
  • You handle invoice approvals related to supply chain activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • You monitor and maintain inventory levels at multiple warehouses, considering shelf life to avoid stockouts or excess.
  • You create Work Orders (WOs) for designated sales channels and approve Sales Orders (SOs) for Joint Ventures, ensuring the availability of the stock.
  • You collaborate with production and logistics teams to align supply plans with demand forecasts and inventory targets.
  • You build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, addressing any supply chain issues promptly.
  • You drive continuous improvement in supply planning processes, implementing best practices and new technologies.
  • You proactively identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • You oversee the supply chain aspects of new product introductions and product delistings, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • You analyze data to forecast supply issues, providing actionable insights for decision-making.

Your strengths and qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • You bring at least 5 years of experience in supply planning for finished products or a similar role.
  • You have strong analytical skills, enabling you to interpret data and optimize supply plans.
  • You are proficient in supply planning systems and ERP software, with experience in system optimization.
  • You excel at problem-solving, quickly addressing any issues that arise in the supply chain.
  • You have excellent communication skills and work well with both internal teams and external partners.
  • You are proactive in preventing supply chain disruptions and continuously seek improvement opportunities.
  • You have experience managing product launches and delistings within a finished goods environment.
  • You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The minimum salary for this full-time position is EUR 55.000 gross per year.
