You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.A Day in the Life Medtronic Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join our R&D Organization to support our product development teams in the design and development of application software and firmware for cardiac electrophysiology capital systems.As a Senior Scrum Master within the Cardiac Ablation Solutions Software Organization, you are accountable for working with your scrum team(s), product owners, and leaders to deliver capabilities that meet overall business objectives using Agile frameworks. This role is expected to guide scrum teams through the development of new product capabilities, features, and solutions that support business strategies and initiatives. This role will continuously develop and improve software development and execution.The Affera Mapping and Ablation System is an innovative medical technology designed to treat patients with cardiac arrhythmias. The system involves advanced mapping techniques to create detailed images of the heart’s electrical activity, helping physicians identify abnormal areas causing arrhythmias. PR) locations (USD):$101,600.00 – $152,400.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
